Role: Customer Care Advisor working with contractors and agencies to make sure they are happy with our processes and know that we will help them any way we can.

About me: Northerner with a little Scottish thrown in for good measure. In my life before PayStream I was a secondary school teacher with a passion for baking. The latter of the two is something I still do frequently because in my spare time I also run my own baking business. I love keeping busy so when I’m not helping contractors with their queries or perfecting my next bake, you can find me in the pool partaking in some Synchro Swimming (not competitively any more though) or walking in some of Scotland’s amazing countryside.

Personal high: Turning my hobby into a business and getting a 5* from Food Hygiene. I have spent many late nights completing last minute orders or trialling out new recipe ideas on the Customer Care Team, much to their delight.

Likes: a bramble cocktail, house plants, eating out and music.

Dislikes: Pigeons.
