Role: As a Customer Care Expert it’s my job to deliver excellent and friendly service to our contractors. We help them to get a better understanding of their payslips and answer any queries they have about tax, pensions, holiday and much more!
About me: I worked at a bowling alley for just over 6 years and I still can’t bowl very well! I was also a cheerleading coach all through college and university for a team who have competed in the European and World championships!
Personal high: My personal high so far was getting engaged on New Year’s Eve! The official story is that we went up for a walk to Hartshead Pike and I said yes just as the fireworks started. In reality, I’d had a couple too many Christmas drinks and asked Tom if he was going to marry me on Christmas Day and he told me about his plan to propose. Obviously cried my eyes out (happy tears!) and ruined the surprise but it did mean I got to pick out my own engagement ring!
Likes – Dogs and cats equally, squashies and binge watching Say Yes to the Dress.
Dislikes – Dirty nails, bonfires and traffic jams.
