As always you, our customers, are at the forefront of our mind in every decision making process, which is why every year we carry out a customer satisfaction survey, to find out what you truly think.

Your feedback is essential for us to get a clear understanding of what matters to you so that our services are designed around what suits your needs over ours. That way we can continually strengthen the service we provide and give you an outstanding service year on year.

Our commitment to deliver a first class service is what truly sets us apart from other service providers.

Here is a snapshot of what our PSC contractors, told us in our 2016 Limited Company Satisfaction Survey:

  • 93% of our clients would recommend PayStream to a friend!
  • 95% of our clients agree that their accounts team were both professional and helpful.
  • 93% of clients were happy with the technical knowledge and responsiveness from their accounts team.
  • 97% of our clients who have used the new PSC Insight portal have found it useful
