Role: Customer care advisor; I'm the first point of contact for umbrella contractors and I assist with everything from general guidance and advice to customer support.
About me: After gaining a degree in Public Services I spent several years in management roles in the retail sector. I moved to PayStream almost a year ago now and enjoy the challenges my role provides as every day I interact with new people and different situations.
Career / Personal high: I have raised money for Alzheimer's research UK, through either helping to organise fundraising events, whilst also getting involved in a charity leg wax! I have also taken part in the 3 peak challenge.
Likes: I love spending time with my 3 little boys and have a particular fondness for outdoor sports like hiking and paintballing (not that the little ones allow me to do many lately).
Dislikes: The feeling when you know you have forgot to do something and you can't for the life of you figure out what it was...oh and olives!
