Louise Topham joined PayStream back in May 2010 as a Customer Advisor. She’s since worked her way up the ranks and is now our Agency Service Support Manager. Given her success at PayStream, we wanted to find out a little more about Louise and her PayStream journey...

When did you join PayStream?

I began my career at PayStream nearly nine years ago. I started out in the Customer Care Team, learning the ropes of the services that we provide. A couple of years later, I moved to my current role of Agency Service and Support Manager.

What do you and your team do on a daily basis?

My team are responsible for providing support to the agencies that we work with. They assist with agency queries, along with making proactive contact to agency consultants to ensure that they are receiving a high quality service from PayStream (which they are, of course!).

How does PayStream compare to your previous workplaces?

As I’m still here after nearly nine years, I think that says a lot! Everyone is professional and responsible, but at the same time, relaxed and friendly. It’s a great place to work.

What do you enjoy most about working at PayStream?

The people and the work culture. Everyone gets on really well with each other and we work hard to get the job done, whilst having a laugh in the process.

What would people be surprised to learn about you? 

One of my hobbies is dj-ing. I can mix a couple of records together so they don’t sound like I’m throwing the turntable’s down a flight of stairs.

What are your favourite things to do outside of work?

Anything music related, especially going to gigs and buying records. I’m a fan of all sorts from the 60’s to the early 00’s – especially the 80’s.
