Over the coming year you will be seeing lots of updates from different service providers and industry professionals giving their advice regarding the reforms to off-payroll working in the private sector which are due to be introduced in April 2020. That’s why this month we, once again, give you an overview of what these “off payroll working” changes are whilst also taking you back to the start and providing information on what IR35 is because the IR35 legislation itself is not changing, if your contractors are genuinely outside IR35 today with their current assignment the same assignment would also be outside when the new legislation is introduced.
