Internal Client Relationship Manager

We have an excellent opportunity within our Sales team for an Internal Client Relationship Manager. The role focuses on generating referrals from PayStream’s agencies by telephone and email-based activity. 

 

The role is Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30 and the salary is £27,500 per annum plus commission. 

Hybrid working is offered following probation. 

Main responsibilities:

  • To make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day and a minimum of 2 hours talk time per day
  • To generate referrals from agencies by telephone and email-based activity
  • Focus on relationships with recruitment agencies that work with temporary contractors
  • Ongoing account management responsibility for the agency to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Occasional client meetings and hospitality as required
  • To work to a strategy for new business development with the Key Account Manager & Regional Sales Manager
  • To seek new agency relationships outside of current account base
  • Identify specific vertical markets that work with the target contractor population
  • To work on additional projects and opportunities as directed by the Key Account Manager & Regional Sales Manager
  • To provide verbal and written communication about our products and services to agencies.  Utilise social media such as LinkedIn where appropriate
  • To maintain a record of prospective accounts, record account profile information and activity on the Sales CRM (Monday.com)

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Extensive B2B sales experience, ideally within a field sales role
  • Track record of working towards sales KPI’s including calls 
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Strong industry knowledge (payroll, umbrella or finance), or come from a recruitment background

Key Account Executive (North)

We have an excellent opportunity within our Sales team for a Key Account Executive in our Altrincham office. The role focuses on supporting and partnering with the Key Account Director in managing and nurturing our key accounts, to maintain and grow business relationships.

To be successful in this role you will be someone who has strong sales experience and can develop relationships that deliver profitable business and enhance our already well-established reputation with recruitment agencies. You will be building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. It is a proactive role and the opportunity for growth within this area is excellent.

The role is Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30 and the salary is £30,000 per annum plus commission. 

Hybrid working (2 days working from home) is offered following probation. 

A key requirement for this role is having a minimum of 2 years sales experience in the Umbrella industry. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting and partnering with the Key Account Director in managing and nurturing our key accounts, to maintain and grow business relationships

  • Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries within the patch

  • Acting as a main point of contact for clients and their needs along with the Key Account Director

  • Working collaboratively with Key Account Advisors to address and resolve agency queries

  • Attend face to face agency visits, and some hospitality where required

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • B2B sales experience, ideally within a field sales role
  • Experience in exceeding call targets of 50+ per day
  • To have worked within a similar role where the expectations split between sales and support

Finance Operations Assistant

We have an excellent opening for a Finance Operations Assistant to join our Management Accounts Department at our Altrincham office.  

The role is Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30.

Offers full support to train as a qualified accountant with study support and to progress within the role.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Transaction Finance Team dealing with Accounts Receivable, Banking/Treasury, Accounts Payable and other Accounting Administration

  • Primary ownership for International AR together with support to the wider PayStream AR ledgers

  • AR Administration including support and processing of invoices and Customer payments

  • Ongoing reconciliation of AR accounts including aged-debt analysis and identification of bad debt risk

  • Support with the opening of new customer accounts and completing appropriate checks

Minimum requirements:

  • 6 GCSE’s minimum grade C including Maths and English (or equivalent)

  • Relevant experience dealing with Accounts Receivable in a similar role

  • Excellent Excel skills
