Utilising PayStream's Self Assessment tax return service

We recently spoke to Donald, a limited company contractor who has used both PayStream’s accountancy & tax services for the past several years.   1. Why did you decide to use PayStream's My PSC service? 

    Thinking back, it was word of mouth from a fellow contractor that I'd been working with.  I definitely wouldn't have stayed with you for 5 years if I wasn't happy though.

  2. How has your experience been using My PSC? 

    Smooth, once a year my accounts are sorted. I spoke to my accounts team, they talked me through everything and it was all explained to me. What I do like is having the portal so you can check everything and are able to claim expenses there, I just found it easy. If you want to put it into words it's user friendly, I don't need to ever phone PayStream about anything in particular. Realistically I couldn't fault the team for any reason. I also like the idea that you are still in control yourself of declaring your own dividends and inputting expenses to the portal as and when. It's very straightforward in my book, someone always replied back to me in a short period of time.

  3. How was your experience using PayStream’s Self Assessment tax return service?

    I found the Self Assessment service to be very good. I’ve done it every year and have always been happy with the service. My tax return has always been completed on time and they’ve always come back to me to have a look at it. Once again I can’t fault that system. The whole experience over the past few years has been smooth. I always say leave it to the experts so I also say pay whatever it costs.

  4. Did PayStream’s tiered pricing structure encourage you to sign up to our tax return service earlier in the year?

    Yes it did! I think anybody like myself should always take advantage of that offer. In my book it’s a good thing you should keep.

  5. Would you recommend PayStream’s services to a colleague?

    Yes I would, on my part I like the fact you’ve got all the online stuff so you can check and see where everything’s going. When I was doing a re-mortgage on my property I managed to go online and print 3 payslips off which you can’t do everywhere.
