At PayStream we work hard to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible. This is why across all our services we carry out satisfaction surveys to find out what our clients really think.

Given this we have just collated the results from our most recent Personal Tax Survey and have had some excellent feedback from over 1300 clients. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and carrying out surveys like these means we can truly understand what our clients want and use the feedback to constantly improve the services we provide.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey, below are some of the outstanding results:

  • 94% of our clients were happy with the service they received from our Tax Team at PayStream.
  • 90% of our clients said they were happy with the turnaround time of their Self Assessment Tax Return.
  • 94% of our clients said they would use PayStream again to complete their Self Assessment Tax Return.
  • 91% of our clients said they would recommend the PayStream Tax Team to a friend or colleague.
  • 93% of our clients said they would use the PayStream Tax Team for other tax advisory work.
