At PayStream we appreciate the importance of having the right people in the right jobs to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service to you. And, as our business grows and develops we have a need to recruit more PayStream talent and to ensure our existing employees remain engaged and focused.

Finding the right people is so important to us which is why we have a thorough recruitment process which includes telephone interviews, profiling and aptitude testing plus two face to face interviews. Although to some this can seem a lengthy process, to us it is important to ensure our candidates show commitment and dedication from day one! This translates amongst other things to continuous improvement to our customer service.
