At PayStream we aim to deliver an exceptional service to all our clients so we have now completed our annual customer satisfaction survey to find out what your contractors truly think about the service we offer. We remain committed to delivering a service that meets the high standards that our customers have come to expect from us and the only way we can continue to do that is by listening to your contractor's responses and improving our service based on their feedback.

Once again we are proud of the results we have achieved, some of these are summarised below.

  • 94% of our clients would recommend PayStream to a colleague!
  • 93% of our clients agree that their accounts team were both professional and helpful.
  • 92% of clients were happy with the technical knowledge and responsiveness from their accounts team.
  • 91% of our clients who have used the PSC Insight portal have found it useful.
  • 95% of our clients agree that PayStream make their services easy to understand.
  • 93% of clients were happy with the speed at which we responded to queries.
