Key Account Executive

We have an excellent opportunity at Focused Consulting Limited for a Key Account Executive. The role focuses on generating referrals from Focused agencies by telephone and email-based activity.

 

The role is Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30 and the salary is £27,500 per annum plus commission.

 

Hybrid working is offered following probation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Client Relationship Manager in managing and nurturing their key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships

  • To generate referrals from agencies by telephone and email-based activity

  • Ongoing account management responsibility for the agency to ensure exceptional customer service 

Minimum requirements:

  • GCSE grade 4/C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications/experience

  • Proven experience in a B2B/B2C sales environment with a track record of achieving sales KPIs

  • Working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel

The recruitment process

If successful, we will be in touch via telephone to go through some initial application questions with you. If your application is progressed, you may then be required to complete a short assessment stage.

Assessment and interview

Following our application review, we’ll reach out to arrange an in-office interview with the hiring manager. This is so they can to get to know you and understand your experience a little better. You will be able to learn more about the role and ask any questions you may have.
