Our strong focus on delivering an excellent, innovative customer service has always been at the core of our business and this is why we carry out annual customer satisfaction surveys to find out what you really think of the service we provide. We are delighted to announce that we have once again received outstanding results from our My PSC Customer satisfaction survey, with 94% of you saying that you would recommend PayStream to a colleague and 93% of you agreeing that your accounts team were both professional and helpful. This excellent feedback is another reason why you can place your trust in PayStream.

We also take a look at the fantastic savings our umbrella company contractors can receive with PayStream Rewards including discounted shopping, leisure and Health Cash Plans.

Finally, we turn our attention to our in-house developers and the recent updates they have made to the contractor portal which focus on ensuring that its design and usability are always in line with the PayStream brand.
