PayStream once again pass their Customer Service Excellence assessment with flying colours!

We are pleased to announce that we have once again passed our Customer Service Excellence (CSE) assessment with flying colours, having achieved full compliance across all of their 57 criteria points. Not only that but we've also received yet another "compliance plus" award.

The Customer Service Excellence Award is a government recognised, well-respected accreditation acting as a seal of approval for any business who receives it. It meticulously examines areas within a business which are deemed important by customers. These areas include; information, timeliness, professionalism, delivery, and staff attitude and acknowledges areas which indicate continuous development within customer service.

The CSE Award certifies that business, such as us here at PayStream, have a strong policy in place for service satisfaction, including a strong focus on developing insight into our customers and their user experiences.

The CSE assessment marks businesses against a 57 point criteria and in order to attain the award, each point must be met and fully evidenced. After a thorough review, the CSE assessor confirmed that we hit all of the 57 points within the criteria and in fact walked away with yet another "compliance plus" award taking our tally up to 4 in total.

Once again, we received glowing feedback form the CSE assessor who commented on how extremely impressed they were with our staff members and with the customers that they interviewed. The assessor also commented that "As a genuine customer centric organisation, I have found PayStream to go to enormous lengths to get to know their customers' needs and as a result provide bespoke and appropriate professional support. The staff that I have met over the years appear passionate about putting the customer at the heart of everything that they do".

Our desire to deliver exceptional customer service is a philosophy which is deeply-rooted in all of our staff. Delivering services that suit the needs of our customers rather than ours, means that we can go the extra mile to deliver a truly first class service, which is a testament to us having achieved such fantastic results in our fourth CSE assessment!
