This year we experienced our highest ever response to our umbrella customer satisfaction survey with over 900 contractors completing the survey and providing their opinion on the experience they've had when using our umbrella company service and here are the headlines:
- 95% of contractors asked advised that they had not experienced better service elsewhere
- 91% would recommend PayStream to a friend
- 96% were more than happy with our joining process
- 95% were happy with the day to day handing of their enquiries
- 97% advised that they had a good relationship with PayStream
- 94% of contractors asked were happy with the processing of their claims and receipts
- 95% where happy with invoice processing and payment
- 93% agreed that PayStream ensure their services are easy to understand by keeping them jargon free and ensuring that we do 'make perfect sense'
- 95% advised that our online portal was easy to use

The feedback we get from our contractors is invaluable in ensuring that we continue to develop our services in the right way, continually reviewing and implementing improvements that our customers have highlighted as and where possible.
We are now assessing each of the suggestions we received and will report back on the ideas we've been able to implement, along with feedback on those that we haven't.
