We also continue to challenge ourselves to consistently improve our service offerings and keep you, the customer, at the forefront of our mind at every step of our decision making process. In order to do this, we carry out a customer satisfaction survey each year with each of our customer groups to find out exactly what our customers want.
The survey results are used to strengthen the service we provide. We listen to what you, our customers have to say and we tailor our services to suit your needs over ours. Your feedback, therefore, is so important to us as it means that we can ensure that we provide you with the excellent tailored service that you value year on year.
Here is a snapshot of what you, our PSC contractors, told us in our 2015 Limited Company Satisfaction Survey:
- 94% of our clients would recommend PayStream to a friend!
- 96% of our clients agree that their accounts team were both professional and helpful.
- 98% of clients were happy with the technical knowledge and responsiveness from their accounts team.
- 96% of clients thought the income statements was useful in helping them to manage their company finances and 96% of clients were happy with the timeliness of their income statements.
- 96% of our clients who have used the new PSC Insight portal have found it useful.
One of our biggest aims is to make our service clear and easy to understand and your feedback suggests that we are achieving our goal with 97% agreeing that we do just that.
