Our umbrella contractor satisfaction survey results are in! This year we received a fantastic 847 responses, an 18% increase in the number of customers completing our survey from last year!
Our headline responses include:

  • 95% of contractors asked advised that they had not experienced better service elsewhere
  • 94% would recommend PayStream to a friend
  • 92% were more than happy with our joining process
  • 92% were happy with the day to day handing of their enquiries
  • 92% advised that they had a good and fair relationship with PayStream

All Survey responses have been individually reviewed by our Customer Care Team Leader's Colette Booth and Andrew Twentyman. Some customers have also been offered personal support by Customer Care to answer individual queries that may have been raised. We have also received some great positive feedback from our valued customer base. Our first class customer service leaves you with the peace of mind that your contractors are in safe hands.

We are now working internally on implementing many of the suggestions received so we can continue to offer you and your contractors the same high level of customer service that you've become accustomed to. Our focus is of course to continue to maintain and even build on the areas of success that have been identified, and to ensure that any suggestions for improvement are implemented where possible.
