In our continued effort to attain an outstanding level of customer satisfaction, we are always asking your contractors what we can do to make their experience better.

The latest survey attracted a record number of replies and we are proud of our working relationships with clients. This feedback will enable us to continually develop and deliver the service that your contractors value.

Following our most recent limited company survey, we had a number of replies to the question 'what one thing could we do better?'

We have taken this feedback on board and looked at implementing some changes to improve our service even further. We also received some suggestions on our existing processes and in respect of future improvements, all of which are detailed in our 'You said, we did' flyer.

We have big plans for the future and as we continually look to improve the level of information provided to your contractors, we are also looking to give your contractors more control as to how and when they receive this information from us.
