Here at PayStream we are continuously looking for
ways to enhance our service offerings for your
contractors, including how and when we are
able to provide assistance. As you are aware we
have recently extended our opening hours to
9am - 6pm Monday to Friday, following customer
survey feedback. In addition we also wanted to look
at alternative ways in which your contractors can
contact us if necessary.

Online Chat is fast becoming one of the preferred
methods of communication for customers for reasons such as 'because I get my questions answered
immediately', 'because I can multitask', 'because it is the most efficient method of communication' and 'because once I used Live Chat I realised how well it works'.

Therefore to further support open lines of communication, and give your contractors even more flexibility to make contact with us, we have recently added a Live Chat function to the member's portal area. This will allow your contractors to quickly locate a Customer Care agent who can assist them with any questions they may have, or provide information, without them having to leave the portal!

Our focus has always been to continuously innovate in order to make our services as flexible and as easy to use as possible for both you and your contractors. Live Chat is yet another way of doing this.
