Thank you to everyone who completed our 2013 umbrella satisfaction survey. This year we received a fantastic 713 responses, a 61% increase in the number of customers completing our survey from last year! The growth in the completion rate is welcomed in support of better customer engagement and of course more customers using our services!
Our headline responses include:
- 92% of customers would recommend PayStream to a friend
- 95% of contractors asked advised that they had not experienced better service elsewhere
- 90% advised that our online portal was easy to use
- 91% were more than happy with our joining process
- 90% were happy with the day to day handing of their enquiries
All Survey responses have been individually reviewed by our Customer Care Team Leader Liz Woodsmith and Customer Care Manager Sarah Tasker. Some customers have also been offered personal support by Customer Care to answer individual queries that may have been raised. We have also received some great positive testimonial feedback from our valued customer base, so thank you again!
We are now working internally on implementing many of the suggestions received. Our focus is of course to continue to maintain the areas of success as identified, and to ensure any change and improvement suggestions are thoroughly considered and implemented where possible.
