This week we are introducing Joe Bold and Sarah Gyzl. This is our chance to let you get to know who you are working with a little more closely.

Jo Bold:

Role: Customer Advisor on the Customer Care team at PayStream. I deal with our contractors' many and varied queries.
About me: I was born and bred in Warrington and have been married for 3 and a half years.  It is my dream to emigrate to Australia so that I can go to the beach every day!
Career / Personal high: I climbed to the top of Ben Nevis in 2006 in just over 4 hours which I was quite pleased with.
Likes: I love travel (I especially love Australia where I lived for 2 years), animals (dogs in particular), MUFC and any programme made by David Attenborough!
Dislikes: Spiders and dogs being made to wear outfits - so wrong!!

Sarah Gzyl:

Role: Outbound Customer Advisor: Proactively contacting our umbrella contractors to discuss matters such as claiming expenses and the advantages of doing this, to establish if the 0T tax code we hold for them is correct, organising their P45 if their contract comes to an end or just to welcome them to our service.
About Me: Currently decorating and updating a house I purchased with my husband in March
Career/Personal High: Whale watching in Monterey
Likes: Baking, gardening and guinea pigs
Dislikes: Spicey food and a strong cup of tea
