Paul Malley, Managing Director
Role: Managing Director; responsible for both the day-to-day running of the company and developing business plans for the future of the organisation. I spend half my time out and about, and the other half in the office.
About me: Married with two teenage kids. Trained as an accountant and spent several years living and working abroad with the highlight being three years in the USA. Have been at PayStream for over 5 years and love the energy levels in the business and the passion to ensure things are done correctly. For my sins I am also a Liverpool season ticket holder.
Career high: Seeing PayStream reach its record level of customers
Likes: Running, playing tennis, following my kids sports and reading
Dislikes: Poor service, lack of effort, busy trains, losing to my son on FIFA 11 & my catalogue of sports injuries
Liz Woodsmith, Customer Care Advisor
Role: Customer Advisor (Outbound). My main duties involve proactively contacting new My Max and My Max 2 contractors welcoming them to PayStream, offering assistance with expenses and the online portal and overall making sure our customers are happy! I am also involved in analysing our customer base and forecasting future activity in our products.
About me: I graduated from Leeds met University just over 3 years ago where I studied Sports and Recreational Development. After this I travelled around Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, and Australia and finally ended up working in New Zealand for 6 months in a ski resort, where I attempted to learn how to snowboard! I then returned back to sunny UK where I started my career at PayStream.
Personal high: Jumping out of a plane at 15,000ft over the sea in Australia.
Likes: Going out with friends, Indian food, festivals, playing sports - squash, tennis and swimming, going to sunny countries.
Dislikes: Fifa 2012, people snoring, traffic, rain, cold weather and sprouts.
