Here at PayStream we appreciate that whilst you are contracting you may have lots of questions ranging from how our My Max umbrella service works to what you are able to claim for as a legitimate expense, all of which we are happy to help with.

We are regularly asked a wide variety of questions and assist you with many types of queries, but generally we find there are some questions that we are asked more frequently than others. We have outlined below a few of our most frequently asked questions, with the different ways you can source the answers if you find calling us is not the best option for you.

Have you received my expense receipts?
To save you hassle, PayStream will send you an automated email to advise you when your expense receipts have been received and processed. The tax relief for these expense receipts will then be applied to the next payment that is processed. We will also send you an email advising if for whatever reason there is a slight issue with the expense receipts you have provided. This way you are kept informed every step of the way. If you do not have access to email we are able to send you text messages instead, just let us know.

Am I being paid today?
As soon as PayStream have run a payment for you we email you a copy of your pay advice, if you have requested to receive these by email. We will also send you a text to confirm what will be clearing in your account and when. If you have not already indicated that you would like to receive email payslips or text notifications, simply contact a member of our Customer Care team on 0800 027 2340 or mymaxinfo@paystream.co.uk

I'd like to amend the personal details you hold on file for me?
No problem at all! We unfortunately are unable to take these details over the telephone so either an email to mymaxinfo@paystream.co.uk or a letter to our main postal address will do.
