Following our most recent umbrella customer satisfaction survey, we received a number of replies to the question 'what one thing could we do better?'

We have taken the feedback from our customers on board and have implemented a number of new features and changes to make our service even better, this has resulted in a 'you said, we did' campaign.

Some examples of this include;

YOU said 'Develop a mobile phone application for expenses'
We are in the process of releasing a free mobile app for both the iPhone and Android smart phones to allow you to process your claims with ease.

YOU said 'Provide receipt upload functionality on the expenses portal'
You can now upload receipts to the portal when processing your expenses claims and we will save a copy of your receipt on our systems, meaning that you will never lose a receipt again! We hope that you agree that this electronic method saves you time and effort when claiming your expenses.
