Another budget comes and goes, and the changes and proposed changes affect therecruitment sector and also most of us as individuals. We highlight some of the more important points in this newsletter with particular focus on how this impacts on recruitment agencies working with contractors.
Over time it is clear that the number of 'models' will reduce and theplaying field will level out, and as a business we embrace this. With narrowing working options, over time the decision as to which provider to work with will rest on both compliance and service. We have long held the belief that this is will be positive for PayStream, and initiatives highlighted this month, such as online chat and portal development together with recognising the loyalty of contractors are indicative of how we differentiate ourselves from others and will look to continue to do so in the future.
