  • Telephone - You only have to wait an average of 30 seconds before getting through to one of our advisors.
  • Email - All emails received before 16:30 are guaranteed a same day response.
  • Online Chat - There is always an advisor available to help during office hours on your PayStream portal.
  • Portal Message - All messages sent via your PayStream portal before 16:30 are guaranteed a same day email response.
  • Post - We guarantee to respond to all letters within three days of arrival.
  • Fax - All faxes received before 16:30 are guaranteed a same day response.

We have also uploaded a number of helpful documents to the PayStream portal that can be found under the useful info tab. This includes your employment contract, FAQ documents, office opening hours, how to guides and much more.
