Given this, each year we carry out a customer satisfaction survey with each of our customer groups to find out exactly what it is that our customers want. We use the survey results to strengthen the service we provide by listening to what our customers have to say and tailoring our services to suit our customers' needs over ours. Therefore, your feedback is always important to us, as it means that we can ensure that we can continue to provide you with the excellent tailored service that you value.

One of our biggest aims is to make our service clear and easy to understand and your feedback suggests that we are achieving our goal.
