Here at PayStream we are continuously looking for
ways to enhance our service offering to you, including
how and when we are able to provide assistance.
As you are aware we have recently extended our
opening hours to 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday,
following your feedback. In addition we also
wanted to look at alternative ways in which you
can contact us if necessary.

Online Chat is fast becoming one of the preferred
methods of communication for customers for reasons such as "because I get my questions answered immediately", "because I can multitask", "because it is the most efficient method of communication" and "because once I used Live Chat I realised how well it works".

Therefore to further support open lines of communication, and give you even more flexibility to make contact with us, we have recently added a Live Chat function to the member's portal area. This will allow you to quickly locate a Customer Care agent who can assist you with any questions you may have, or provide information, without you having to leave the portal!

Simply look out for the live chat symbol, and click to start a chat!
