Having been originally recognised by Investors in People in 2011, we are delighted to announce that in our recent audit we have taken this accreditation even further by being awarded the Investors in People Silver standard, demonstrating our commitment to realising the potential of our people.

Investors in People is the UK's leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: "Achieving the Investors in People Silver standard is something that any organisation should be truly proud of. It is the sign of a company which is very committed to good people management practice and we'd like to congratulate PayStream on their achievement".

Our company ethos, continuous professional development (CPD), excellent communication, leadership and management, performance management, coaching and mentoring were the key contributing factors for being awarded the silver standard.

Investors in People identified that our focus on CPD meant that our managers were "strong role models for high performance working" and that "the development on offer had changed the ways that our staff carried out their roles and in many cases had shaped their careers".

They also described our company ethos as a team that is "fast paced with the way it is organised and lead. With the positive ethos based on the values of Excellence, Integrity, Agility and Empowerment. Everyone, without exception, applies these principles throughout their activities and in how they carry out their roles".

With regards to the commitment we have in our employees learning and development needs, Investors in People highlighted how we "take the learning organisation approach to developing the skills and expertise of the teams. Lots of people were supported in learning and those interviewed could give examples of the widening of the breadth of their development and/or qualifications".

Paul Malley, Managing Director of PayStream said "PayStream are delighted to have attained the Investors in People Silver standard award. Our commitment to delivering a truly exceptional service to our customers relies on having a motivated and committed workforce which is achieved through our continued investment in all of our team members".
