This week we are introducing Leanne Horne from our Customer Care Team. This is our chance to let you get to know who you are working with a little more closely.
Role - Customer care advisor - outbound team: acting as a personal point of support for new umbrella contractors, with the aim of promoting the ease of the process and helping to provide a positive first impression of the service we offer.
About me - I began working at PayStream nearly 2 and a half years ago after working in the events industry and doing a degree in events management. I now live in a cottage which is in part said to date back to the 18th century. I live there with my wonderful fiance and two dogs Morris and Marvin.
Personal High - Organising a charity fundraiser feeding and entertaining over 400 people and raising £35,000 for a mental health charity. I spent the best part of 7 months haggling, bargaining and begging but after the event the feeling of accomplishment was out of this world
Likes - 60's music (northern soul), good food, Manchester, sausage dogs, trashy tv and cultural diversity
Dislikes - Pretence, ignorance and humourless people
