As always we are committed to the continuous improvement of our service offering, which is why we launched PSC Insight, our online portal which gives our limited company contractors information on their company finances, 24/7.

Your feedback is always important to us as it means that we can ensure that we continue to provide you with the excellent service that you value which is why we would like to thank everyone who took part in this year's PSC satisfaction survey.

Here is a snapshot of what you told us:

  • 93% of our clients would recommend PayStream to a friend!
  • 97% of our clients agree that their accounts team were both professional and helpful
  • 98% of clients were happy with our technical knowledge when responding to queries
  • 98% of clients thought the income statements was useful in helping them to manage their company finances and 99% of clients were happy with the timeliness of their income statements
  • 96% of our clients who have used the new PSC Insight portal have found this useful
  • 97% of our clients are happy with the service they have received from our personal tax team

One of our biggest aims is to make our service clear and easy to understand and your feedback shows us that we are achieving that goal however we are always striving to improve further. Given this we have big plans to continue to develop PSC Insight further to provide even more information which will benefit you by making your limited company even easier to manage, so watch this space!
