Here at PayStream we recently received our Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation 1st formal review and passed with flying colours! The CSE award is a government recognised accreditation. CSE delivers recognition of constant development in customer service delivery and skills growth. They certify that companies such as PayStream, are concentrating on tailoring their services to the customers' needs and preferences.
From the 57 point criteria, for which we endured scrupulous testing, we achieved full compliance across all 57 points! We have also received the much sought after 'compliance plus' standard as a result of our Website development over the last 12 months.
The assessor was extremely impressed with PayStream's service performance and also with the employees and customers interviewed.
