- Rented property up to 2 properties £50 + VAT
- Rented property up to 4 properties £100 + VAT
- Capital Gains calculations - On sale of property £135 + VAT
- Capital gains calculations – others To be quoted separately
- Overseas earnings/split residency £50/£75 + VAT

If you are a director of any company then by law you have to complete a Personal tax return.
