In the spotlight

This week we are introducing Kevin Boyle, Commercial Director and Colette Booth, Customer Care Team Leader.  To find out who dislikes FC Barcelona  and who the worst luck with cars, read more...

Kevin Boyle, Commercial Director

Role: As Commercial Director, I am responsible for Sales,
Marketing, Agency Support and running the business with
the other directors.  Monday is meetings day and I usually
spend the rest of the week visiting existing and new agency
relationships with my team of client relationship managers.

A bit about me:  I have spent most of my career in b2b
financial services, in various sales and marketing roles in
the UK and internationally, with a six year spell at RBS –
but don`t blame me for the banking crisis !  Outside of work, most of my time is spent with my wife and two teenage kids – they all seem to have rather expensive tastes in just about everything !

Career highlight: It has to be our recent management buyout, which was led by our MD, Paul Malley. To have a stake in PayStream is very exciting and it certainly focuses your mind even more about delivering exceptional customer service to our Agencies and contractors.

Likes: Great customer service, football, my kids showing me how to use the latest gadgets!

Dislikes: Poor customer service, the brilliant Barcelona football team - as a lifelong Man Utd fan who saw them well beaten at Wembley, I can`t see us winning the European cup for the next few years !

Colette Booth, Customer Care Team Leader

Role: I look after the team responsible for incoming queries
from existing umbrella and CIS customers.

About me: I have worked at PayStream for 7 years, have
the worst luck with cars and love going out for a good curry
with friends.

Personal highlight: I am extremely proud that I bought
my house and managed to get on the property ladder when
I was 19.

Likes: I have a slightly obsessive passion for shoes.... (doesn’t every woman?!)

Dislikes: Dishonesty
