The PayStream offices will be closed on the following dates:

• Friday 25th December
• Monday 28th December
• Friday 1st January

For all other days in between Christmas and New Year the office will be open between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm.

• Tuesday 29th December 2009
• Wednesday 30th December 2009
• Thursday 31st December 2009

To ensure your pay is processed as seamlessly as possible there are 3 things which you should note:

1. Agency deadlines; Please liaise with your agency/client to ensure you meet their timesheet and payment deadlines for the festive period.
2. Invoice deadlines; if we raise an invoice on your behalf then please ensure you ask us to do this in sufficient time to meet your agency’s deadline.
3. Expenses deadline; If you usually submit expenses then please make a note of our revised deadlines:

• Expenses incurred w/e: 20th December and w/e: 27th December will be processed within 2 working days of receipt.
