Christmas 2011 office opening hours 

The PayStream office will be closed on the following dates:

  • Monday 26th December 2011
  • Tuesday 27th December 2011
  • Monday 2nd January 2012

For the following dates in between Christmas and New Year the office will be open between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm.

  • Wednesday 28th December 2011
  • Thursday 29th December 2011
  • Friday 30th December 2011

To ensure your pay is processed as seamlessly as possible there are 3 things which you should note:

  1. Agency deadlines; Please liaise with your agency/client to ensure you meet their timesheet and payment deadlines for the festive period.
  2. Invoice deadlines; if we raise an invoice on your behalf then please ensure you ask us to do this in sufficient time to meet your agency / clients deadline.
  3. Expenses deadline; If you usually submit expenses then please make a note of our revised deadlines:

Expenses incurred week ending: 23rd December and week ending: 30th December will be processed within 2 working days of receipt, subject to timesheet being received.

Due to seasonal delays expected over the Christmas period with Royal Mail, you may wish to e-mail your expenses receipts to expenses@paystream.co.uk instead of relying on the postal service.
